Surfing chicken

Went to La Lancha for day four in a row, and it is so insanely hot! The white sand beach and tropical blue water is all very hard to see because of the blazing sun. I am not complaining, I absolutely love every second of it. The water over there doesn't have any river outlets into the ocean, so the water is clearer and saltier. It really feels like a tropical beach. Where as Sayulita has a two rivers exiting there and the water is dark and murky and smells like sewage most of the time.
The sea turtles are laying there eggs right now, and when we are surfing they are all over the place. I was sitting on my board yesterday and say a massive tuna swam by my foot. I am just thinking, " I want to eat you, fish!" unfortunately we haven't brought the spear out there yet.
Nolan and I have decided that we are going man versus nature once we leave here. Remote camping and mas machete usage.
Stella was ready to try out surfing by her self today and rocked every second of it. I was expecting her to be tired or water logged after all the wipe outs, but she would go in. She was standing up on every wave and seems totally fine with getting plowed by the waves on her way back out. My heart is bursting with parental pride! She is a total super star. We told her she had to name her board now that she is a serious surfer. She said it's Black Magic. Yep, I think that's very fitting.

Nolan is now covered with battle wounds. His feet, chest, shin and we've been told that when you start banging yourself up it is time for sleep. unfortunately Stella didn't get the memo.

Mark is flying in again today and they all leave tomorrow, as we begin drive south. We have been here for so long, it is going to be like starting the trip all over again. We definitely have different ideas of what it is we want out of it all. Any suggestions on where to go from here? We are looking for the Garden of Eden. We'll let you know when we find it.
