Ahhh..... Almost on the road to our new life. First we had to give this big black beauty some love (the truck, yet to acquire a road trip name) New oil, fluid and all that good stuff. Poor kids have been in the car all day with no progression of milage. We are hoping to make it to Eagle Lake this evening in California, which is six hours away, but we are getting a serious late start.
Stella's whiney voice is prominent in the tiny confines of the vehicle and we are all tired already. We need almond milk, stat.
